Things to do
Some forthcoming events in Grampians:
Sandford Bush Music Festival
Held on Labour Day Long Weekend this festival features Bush Ballads,
Folk, Gospel, Celtic, Reggae, Bluegrass and Aussie Country music - all
performed by professionals, semi-professionals, amateurs and hopefuls
including some very talented younger performers.
As well as the programmed music there are lots of Jam Sessions,
Workshops, Walk-Ups, Bush Poetry, Country Crafts, Art Exhibitions and
Demonstrations.
White Hat suggests that this festival can form a great
centrepirece for a weekend trip for those wanting an experience of bush
culture roughly midway between Melbourne and Adelaide.
