The White Hat Guide to

Monday Markets in Melbourne and Victoria

Monday is the 'dead' day for markets in Melbourne and Victoria. In fact is the dead day for many other activities. Many theatres and restaurants take their one day off on a Monday. If you are prepared to travel to the outskirts of Melbourne there is the sprawling Whittlesea Monday Market with a real country atmosphere.

White Hat suggests that you use a Monday to visit some of the 'fixed' bazaars such as the Chapel Street Bazaar or the Mill Markets in country Victoria.

You can also see events and markets in Melbourne for a particular Monday by choosing a date from the drop down list on the right.
