We work hard to process as many free listings as possible but cannot guarantee that all free listings will make it onto our website. | When will it be listed? - Paid listings are given top priority and are usually displayed on our website within hours of being received. |

| Link to your website - we are happy to provide free listers with a link to your website provided you do us the courtesy of placing a reciprocal link to White Hat on your site. Not available - the following are not available for free listing - sales & marketing events, garage sales, classes & lessons, accommodation, restaurants, cafes, bars, fundraisers (unless organisers guarantee that over 90% of gross is going direct to charity concerned), trade shows, paid workshops and classes, events of an overt socio-political nature, events submitted by marketing or promotions agencies, announcements laying outside the guidelines of our style guide.If in doubt whether your event qualifies for a free listing, email us with a brief description and we will let you know. | Available - Events of most types will be accepted. Paid listings may also appear on additional pages. For instance a classical music concert, as well as appearing under the appropriate dates and venues will also appear under the appropriate composer pages in our music section. |
