Early converts to the cause are often teenagers because they generally don’t do the buying and the cooking and it shows how much more caring they are than their parents of the world and its general wellbeing and allows them to publish that judgement for all time on their Facebook page. Fortunately many of these ‘movements’ are more than simplistic mantras and can provide a useful framework for decision making about what to buy and what to eat.
